Sync only availability with channels using iCal links

To avoid receiving double bookings, make sure your calendar is always updated. We recommend you to use iCal links whenever you don’t have the option to use our full integration with a booking site or partner channel.




Warning: This type of connection is only a 1-way and not instant. We do not recommend 2-way connections with iCal links. This can lead to double bookings since the synchronisation does not happen in real-time.



Where can I export my iCal URLs for each property?


ICal links are located at the property level. Here are the steps to find them:

Go to PMS in the sidebar menu.
Select your property.




Next, click on the Distribution tab.
Select the button Export calendar on One way iCal Synchronization section.



Then, click Copy to copy the URL




Import Calendar to booking channels



To import your calendar you just need to select Import iCal button.




Fill in the gaps with Name and URL. Besides that, select the status and the frequency you want the URL to be updated.
Don’t forget to Save at the end.
