Connect to Agoda via RentalWise

Start the onboarding process

	Contact RentalWise to introduce you to an Agoda Partner’s team. Or contact Agoda Support by email or phone, and ask them to connect your properties to RentalWise.
	Once you agreed with our Terms and Conditions, Agoda team will provide you with the ChainCode and you may use it create the properties via RentalWise.
	Login to Agoda extranet to complete your host profile and accept the Terms and Conditions.
	Finally, go to RentalWise and activate your connection. Click here to access instructions on how to do it.
	Then, you need to map properties and send rates & availabilities to Agoda via RentalWise.

When the integration is complete RentalWise becomes the only system of record for rates, calendars, listing content, and photos. Any listing content entered on the Agoda dashboard will be overwritten by the feed.

O	Fees	Remember that with RentalWise you can create your own Fees. In order to sync them with Agoda, you need to match them on Account settings > Integration channels.
	Taxes	Remember that with RentalWise you can create your own Taxes. In order to sync them with Agoda, you need to match them on Account settings > Integration channels.
	Discounts	You can create discounts on RentalWise by an absolute or percentage format. Agoda does not have a Promotion API which means it will not show to users on Agoda when there is a discount and it will only represent a rate reduction for guests.

	Past reservations	Contact RentalWise to help you import your reservations.
	Guest details	For email communications the Property Manager emails will be whitelisted, so guests can receive your emails. Please, provide your email to the Agoda team to enable this.
	Payment details	Agoda is responsible for managing payments from guests. All the information on that payment will be saved on RentalWise, however payments can not be managed from there.
