Calendar Settings



This article will be used to explain how to set up your property availability settings. To get there:


Go to PMS.
Select your property.
Click on Settings on the horizontal bar.



 


Booking Settings

Allowed booking category - Here you can change your property default booking settings for instant booking or request to book.
  

Min. prior notify days and Max. booking window - You may not want a guest to book too soon in advance or too far ahead. Thus, you can set your booking window with the range of days you want. In order to know more details about this topic click here.


Calendar Settings


Default availability - This is the status reflected by default in the property single calendar. Learn how to set up your default availability status at the account level here.
Changeover days - It refers to the number of days after a checkout that the property will be unavailable. The property will only be again available to book after that length of time. It’s a useful feature if you need to prep your property in-between bookings. Click here to know more about this topic.
Min./ Max. stay allowed - These refer to the minimum nights required in order to book the property and the maximum number of nights this property can be booked per request. Learn more about this here.
