The Property Single Calendar calendar is a useful tool for all property managers. Here is a quick explanation to learn how to use it to manage your property rates and availability.
You can find the property Single Calendar clicking Calendar at the property level. |
To update either the rates or the availability of your property start by selecting the date range you want to update directly in the calendar using your mouse. |
After the selection of the date range, a side window will appear with the selected date range. Below you can add or update the property nightly rate, minimum stay and availability status for the date range selected all at once. |
Note: Click Advanced to limit Checkin and Checkout. |
- Nightly rate: is the accommodation cost for each night booked.
Warning: The minimum nightly rate must be always higher than the one set up as the default minimum nightly rate in the property settings. |
- Minimum stay: minimum nights a guest is allowed to book the property.
- Availability status: it tells your guests if the property is available or not.
Note: The availability status colour coding legend is below the calendar. To customize the availability status names and colors go to Settings. |
