Create collections of properties

RentalWise allows you to create collections of properties so you can easily group properties with similar characteristics or distinctive details.

Create a collection

In order to create a collection you must follow these steps:

	Go to PMS.
	In the top bar, click on More.
	Then, select Collections.
	In the top right corner, select Add collection.
	Now you must give a list name and a description.
	Click on the square below Featured so that if you have a website connected to RentalWise this collection will be featured on your website as well.
	Click Save in order to keep your changes.

Add properties to your collection

	To add properties to a collection, click on View properties.
	Use the search bar and select the properties you want to add to the collection or remove them from your collection.
	Once again, click Save.

Note: To check if a property belongs to any collection, go to the tab website on the property level and view the collection on the right, in the Groups seccion. Here you can also add the property to other collections or delete it from any of the collections associated. Don't forget to click on Save to keep your changes.
