This article will help you understand how to add and edit your property description information.

Introduction to descriptions

First let's introduce you to the multiple descriptions available and in what context they are used:

Short description	Use it to give a short and unique description of your property.
Description	Write an in-depth description of your property to be distributed across channels. Make it sound engaging and detailed to improve SEO strategy.
Home truths	Type a succinct list of the property main characteristics. Look for instance at the example below: Bedroom #1: King bed w/ ensuite (bath & shower) Bedroom #2: Queen bed Outdoor pool 3x Off-street car parks
Unique benefits	Detail the unique benefits of your property.
House rules	Write house rules here, if applicable.

Note: When distributing your properties, the property descriptions will appear on booking channels such as Airbnb or Vrbo.

If you want to change your property description you should follow these steps:

	Go to PMS in the main sidebar.
	Select your property.

Scroll down on the Details tab until you get to the Description section.

Then, select Edit in the top right corner.

	Here you can edit each one of your information about your property such as: short description, description, home truths, unique benefits and house rules.
	Click Save in order to keep your changes.
